All items must be returned new, unused and with all Jetronics and designer Stickers still attached within 3 days of receiving your product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team support@Jetronics.ae to refund your item.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 3 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Jetronics.
We offer a flexible returns policy for unused products to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
We typically refund your order in cash but deduction of Courier Charges of Aed 20/- will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
In case of COD, we will refund your Jetronics account with store credit or Cash deducting the courier charges of Aed 20/-. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.
The cash on delivery option is only available for Oman and United Arab Emirates.
